You have 24 hours to talk about it and try out suggestions.  $24 for 24 hours.

Who is This For?

The Quick Question sessions are only for minor, uncomplicated issues. It is for any parent who has a nagging question.

Examples are questions about common problems and typical development, such as what to do about a toddler who hits, separation anxiety at daycare, the pacifier, or concerns that a 4 year old won't be ready for Kindergarten.

These are questions that you could post in a Facebook group, but you would just rather get quick personalized, accurate info on your own time, instead of sifting through comments that have varying degrees of bad advice just to find the nugget of good advice. Plus sometimes you just don't have the time or energy for endless google searches.

How it Works?

Once you send me your question, I will get back to you confirming that it is something appropriate for the Quick Question service, and that I am available. At that point you can send $24 in an e-transfer or pay by credit card. Then we will get started and the 24 hours begins.

You explain the situation. I will ask you all the questions that I need in order to give you an accurate response. You need to answer all of my questions. Since it is on Messenger, you can respond to my questions when it is convenient for you. 

Depending on your initial question, there may be quite a bit of back an forth. I need to make sure that I have all the information to give you an accurate response. Once I have given you the information and suggestions that you were looking for, you have the rest of the 24 hours to ask follow up questions, or try out my suggestions and ask for support.

Fee

$24 for 24 hours.

Question: Is it really only $24 for the entire 24 hours? Answer: Yes. 

Question: Why offer this? Answer: I am offering service for such a low fee because I am new on the scene, and I want people to get to know me.

However, as stated above, this is for uncomplicated matters only. This is not for matters that would need a full parent coaching appointment.

Policy

Policy 1. You Agree That: 

a. By initiating this service with me, you agree to Policy 1 a, b, c, d, e and Policy 2 a, b, c.

b. In 24 hours, it is assumed that you and I will both sleep, eat, and need to do some things. That needs to be understood, and the amount of time for each of us to respond needs to be flexible.

c. That said, I will give you my availability at the beginning. I will then keep an eye out for your messages. And let you know when I am going to bed. 

​

d. If it turns out that you need longer than 24 hours to get back to me, we can discuss what will work best for us both.

​

e. By initiating this service with me, you acknowledge the limitations of this service. I can only know what you tell me about your situation. If you leave out anything relevant, your results may not be accurate.

Policy 2. If It's Not Working Out 

a. If after I learn more from you, it turns out that there is more to the situation than the Quick Question format is appropriate for, I will either give you a refund and end the session. Or if you prefer, I can put your fee towards a Single Session, which is a 2 hour in-person parent coaching session at yout home.

b. If we proceed after you paid, but you do not think it is going to work out, you can ask for a refund up until I have sent you 5 messages.

​

c. If after we have discussed your question, and I have given you my suggestions, you don't like what I have to say or you claim that my suggestions do not work, there is no refund. 

​
